StriTech is a new racing team formed in 2006, we are located in Frome Somerset and plan to contest the 2007 Melton Concrete Products Formula Ford 1600 championship at our local circuit Castle Combe. 

Our Driver is 40 year old Andrew Stride who after only 2 hours driving experience during testing in our freshly rebuilt Van Diemen RF92 contested his ever motor race at the Castle Combe Formula Ford Carnival on 7th October 2006, the car and driver came away unscathed after a thrilling battle with local driver Mike Madge (See race reports for details), and after surviving the Heat 1 and  Last Chance Race managed to get an unexpected entry into the Carnival Final where he finished 20th from the 34 Starters.

We plan to provide personal race reports and in-car video footage of our first full year in motor racing, we hope you enjoy our website and our first year on track.
